Lee Godbold
CEO of Junk Removal Authority
Lee is the Founder and CEO of Junk Removal Authority (JRA), the leading consulting, support, and marketing agency for the junk removal industry. Lee started his career in junk removal as a one pickup truck operation in Raleigh, NC. Through hard work and a lot of trial and error, Lee and his business partner Christian Fowler, quickly grew their company Junk Doctors into a $3.5 million a year operation. After finding the right formula for success, Lee considered franchising the brand. But instead, he charted a different path – one that would help fellow independent business owners grow without the restrictions and royalties of a franchise. That’s how JRA was born. Since welcoming its first client in 2018, JRA has served more than 400 independent junk removal businesses across the United States and Canada. JRA offers a variety of services all backed by Lee’s personal experience and expertise that he acquired while building his own multi-million dollar junk removal business. Services include a startup Business Package, Digital Marketing services, a Contact Center, Virtual Assistant services, purpose-built Junk Removal Trucks, a Video Training Series, Operations Manuals, a Mastermind Group, and one-on-one Business Consulting. In addition, JRA offers free educational resources including how-to articles and more than 500 YouTube videos. In 2021, Lee founded Nth Zone ™ to expand into other industries and continue his mission to help business owners make more money and live a better life. Nth Zone ™ is currently serving clients in HVAC, Roofing and Moving.

Tina Nail
President, Nailed It Business Services, LLC.
Tina Nail spent the first years of her career doing things wrong so she could spend this part of it teaching you to do it right. She started my first business in the late 90's and managed her books just fine. It was pretty simple but that wasn't the case with her 2nd business. In fact, she messed her books up so badly the first year that it cost her $7000 to have them fixed. She decided right then that she was going to learn to manage her finances correctly. After 12 years she got a job managing the books for a large non-profit. Then in 2017, when she needed more flexibility than her job allowed, she started Nailed It Business Services. She wanted to spare other business owners the frustrations I had experienced. Since then she has taught hundreds of people how to use QuickBooks, set up countless new businesses, and currently has about 100 bookkeeping and tax clients. She is also proud to say that she has committed to hiring only members of the military or their family members and currently has two amazing team members. Some of her accomplishments since starting Nailed It Business Services include: Teaching for the local Chamber of Commerce and Small Business Development Center; writing 3 segments for a Chamber of Commerce course, and being published in a national magazine for campground owners.

Her ability to help others through coaching, not telling, is why business owners and sales professionals look to her for support. She is a wife, a mother, an author, and a Michigan State Spartan. Profit First: How to Transform Your Business from a Cash-Eating Monster to a Money-Making Machine
Mike Michalowicz, Author and Entrepreneur
Learn how to channel your normal entrepreneurial behaviors to drive profitability. Mike is the entrepreneur behind three multimillion-dollar companies and the author of Profit First, a game-changing method that can transform your business from a cash-eating monster to a money-making machine. As a business grows, it often faces the dilemma of expenses increasing at the same rate as sales. This can make profit seem elusive. While most business teachings will tell you the solution is to change your habits, Mike believes that’s unrealistic. Instead, Profit First focuses on changing the structure around you so you can channel any former “bad habits” into your biggest ally. If you employ the system and keep doing what you’ve always done, you will start driving profits 24 hours after the JUNKCON™ presentation.
Attendees will receive a free copy of Mike’s book Profit First and can have it signed by him immediately after his presentation.

JUNKCON ™ ’21 Highlights
Last year, Junk Removal Authority hosted the first-ever JUNKCON ™. The one-of-a-kind event received an enormous response and had to be moved from its original location at JRA Headquarters to an event space in Raleigh. With just two months of planning, the inaugural conference brought more than 130 junk removal business owners, team members, and industry experts together for two days of learning and networking. We are thrilled to be able to expand the event this year to a much larger audience and with more speakers, educational topics, and exhibitors.
❝ It’s hard to pinpoint everything I’ve learned. I’ve taken in so much information. The opportunity to exchange ideas with the other business owners, and the advice we’ve gotten from the speakers … those things are going to stick with me. I’m eager to learn more. ❞
